Mrs Higgins

Mrs Higgins has been baking in New Zealand since 1984. The Anzac Biscuit is their classic: rolled oats, golden syrup, coconut and butter, baked until chewy-crisp. It’s based on the traditional recipe sent to soldiers during World War I.

A genuinely good biscuit that travels well and keeps its texture. If you like oat cookies, this is the New Zealand version done right.
