Barker's

Barker’s of Geraldine has been making fruit products in small-town Canterbury since 1969. Geraldine sits at the edge of the Southern Alps, surrounded by orchards, and Barker’s sources fruit from growers across the South Island.

Their preserves have a higher fruit-to-sugar ratio than most. You taste fruit first, not sweetness. The Black Doris Plum is a standout, made from a heritage plum variety that’s hard to find outside New Zealand. The Squeezable bottles (Apricot Mango, Mixed Berry) are a newer format, no knife needed.

The Lemon Curd uses New Zealand lemons and has a sharp, clean citrus hit. If you know Barker’s from New Zealand, this is the range you’re looking for.
