Marmalade & Curd
Breakfast marmalade and lemon curd from three New Zealand makers. Anathoth Farm and Craig’s both do a classic chunky breakfast marmalade. Anathoth’s is the bigger jar at 455g, Craig’s is lighter at 375g. The lemon curds are the highlight. Barker’s uses squeezed New Zealand lemons for a sharp, clean citrus hit. Anathoth’s version is thicker and richer, made with real eggs and butter.
