Forty Thieves

Forty Thieves makes nut butters in small batches in Auckland. Single-ingredient where possible. Their Smooth Peanut Butter is literally just peanuts. The Almond Butter is just almonds. Nothing else.

They use a stone grinder instead of a standard mill, which gives a different texture. Slightly grainier, more rustic. The peanut butters come in 375g and 1kg jars. If you go through peanut butter fast, the 1kg is the obvious move and ships well.

No sugar, no salt, no oil, no stabilisers. About as clean as a label gets.
