Barker’s of Geraldine has been bottling South Canterbury fruit since 1969, when the Barker family started turning their orchard harvest into preserves on the kitchen stove. Over fifty years later they’re still in Geraldine, still family-owned, and still making preserves with a high fruit content that tastes like real, slow-cooked fruit instead of sugar gel.

Inside this 350g jar: Bright, intensely flavoured raspberry preserve made with whole berries — sweet, tart, and packed with seeds and texture. Spread on scones, fill a Victoria sponge, or stir through porridge for a proper breakfast upgrade.
