Pic Picot started roasting and grinding nuts in his Nelson garage in 2007 after a bad jar of supermarket spread, and the recipe has barely changed since: hi-oleic peanuts, a pinch of salt, nothing else. No palm oil, no sugar, no emulsifiers — just peanuts ground until they're rich, glossy, and unmistakably real.
