Fix & Fogg is the Wellington nut butter brand that turned peanut butter into a craft product, small batch roasted and slow ground since 2013. Banana Caramel is the sweet end of the range.
Caramel peanut butter makes up 91% of the jar. Through it run freeze dried banana, banana crunch and puffed rice, so every spoonful has something to bite on. Good on toast, better on a warm crumpet.
A 275g jar, eighteen servings, made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients.
