Pic’s is the peanut butter that made New Zealand fall back in love with peanut butter. Pic Picot started roasting and grinding nuts in his Nelson garage in 2007 after a bad jar of supermarket spread, and the recipe has barely changed since: hi-oleic peanuts, a pinch of salt, nothing else. No palm oil, no sugar, no emulsifiers — just peanuts ground until they’re rich, glossy, and unmistakably real.

Inside this 380g jar: Whole roasted peanut pieces folded through smooth peanut paste for the kind of texture you actually have to chew. Just hi-oleic peanuts and a pinch of salt. Spread on toast, stir into satay, dollop into porridge, or eat off the spoon.
