Description
Anathoth Farm Lemon Curd 420g
Anathoth Farm has been making jam in rural Canterbury since the 1980s, when the McAtamney family started boiling fruit on their Cust farm and selling jars at the local A&P show. The recipes haven’t changed: real fruit, real sugar, no artificial colours, and a jam-to-fruit ratio that puts overseas supermarket jam to shame.
Inside this 420g jar: Silky, intensely lemony curd made with real eggs, butter and lemon juice — sharp, sweet, glossy, and a thousand times better than anything in a squeeze bottle. Fill a sponge cake, spoon over pavlova, swirl into yoghurt, or just eat it from the jar with a teaspoon.
Made in Cust, Canterbury, New Zealand. Ships securely wrapped from New Zealand.
