Anathoth Farm Apricot Jam 455g
Anathoth Farm has been making jam in rural Canterbury since the 1980s, when the McAtamney family started boiling fruit on their Cust farm and selling jars at the local A&P show. The recipes haven’t changed: real fruit, real sugar, no artificial colours, and a jam-to-fruit ratio that puts overseas supermarket jam to shame.
Inside this 455g jar: Whole pieces of golden Central Otago apricot in a soft, fragrant preserve with the slight tart edge that makes apricot jam the jam. Fantastic on croissants, glazed onto a roast ham, or stirred into a frangipane tart.
