Barker’s of Geraldine has been bottling South Canterbury fruit since 1969, when the Barker family started turning their orchard harvest into preserves on the kitchen stove. Over fifty years later they’re still in Geraldine, still family-owned, and still making preserves with a high fruit content that tastes like real, slow-cooked fruit instead of sugar gel.

Inside this 350g jar: Whole Morello cherries in a deep-red, slightly tart preserve — the sour cherry variety that’s the gold standard for serious preserve-making. Spread on toast, dollop onto cheesecake, or pair with dark chocolate desserts.
