Anathoth Farm

Anathoth Farm makes jams in the Wairarapa, rural New Zealand east of Wellington. They’ve been at it since 1984, and they keep things traditional: whole fruit, cooked in small batches, high fruit content.

The range covers classic New Zealand jam flavours. Strawberry, Raspberry, Boysenberry, Apricot, Plum, Three Berry. The Boysenberry is distinctly New Zealand (boysenberries are commercially grown here more than almost anywhere else in the world). The Lemon Curd is thick and tart, made with real eggs and butter.

These are 455g jars. Big, heavy, and worth every gram of shipping weight.
